The Place Cafe Bistro Sunderland
The general style and identity of the “The Place Café Bistro” is stylish Italian / continental food outlet, which offers a variety of dishes on its menu. Dishes from Italy, Spain, France, Greece, North Africa and of course English. This café bistro will have outside seating arrangements for alfresco dining during the day (weather permitting).
The general operation of the business is in three formats of Breakfast (8.00am till 11.00am), midday (11.00am till 3.00am) and evening (3.00pm till 7.00pm) Monday to Friday. Longer opening times and dates is already being planned at a later stage of the year and will be broadcasted to all.
Breakfast time will offer Continental and English breakfast at the same time as light snack plus all the usual beverages. This operation will be simple and fast, yet quality. Take away food and drinks will also be available.
The Midday session will offer a variety of hot and cold, open and closed quality sandwiches, limited a la carte bistro dishes in form of starters, main and desserts. Snack will be on offer. Take away food and drinks will also be available.
The Evening session will take a full A La Carte format, with concentration on good food, presented stylishly, accompanied with good wine and pure customer focused service for a relaxing evening in a warm surrounding and atmosphere.
“The Place Café Bistro” is available for private hire within or outside normal opening times and we will provide a catering and bar service in support of functions or events. Typical functions are gathering receptions, group dinners, exhibitions, seminars and parties etc.
“The Place Café Bistro” will be able to offer outside catering of the highest quality to all the professional outlets internal and external for their boardroom lunches or midmorning and midafternoon snacks and refreshments.
